Nestled in-between a whole grain muffin is a center of fluffy egg whites, white cheddar cheese and Canadian bacon. The Egg White delight has less calories and fat than its other McMuffin counterparts. At less than 300 calories for your entire breakfast sandwich, this one is a no-brainer. Although it tastes a little saltier than your standard Egg McMuffin, it feels better not having to consume so much fat from egg yolks in the regular Egg McMuffin and is just as fulfilling.

The BK Crossain’Wich is delicious; it’s everything that you would want your egg sandwich to be – flavorful and filling. By a long shot, it is the tastiest sandwich on this list. We polled our Instagram followers and, with 66% of the votes, the BK Crossain’Wich was the overall favorite against McDonalds Egg McMuffin. The reason why we gave this BK breakfast a lower rating is due to the higher fat content, calories, and carbohydrates that it contains. Nonetheless, anyone looking to indulge in the morning should get this delicious sandwich.

This egg white chicken sandwich is the epitome of what a breakfast sandwich should be – relatively lower fat, decent amount of calories, and extremely filling. It is rare to find fast food restaurants willing to incorporate grilled chicken into their breakfast sandwiches, but Chick-Fil-A manages to pull it off. With a staggering 25 g of protein per sandwich, this is our favorite egg sandwich because it gives you a great proportion of carbs, fat, and protein to start your day, despite being on the saltier side.

The thing that makes Dunkin Donuts different from these other competitors is that the egg white patty is loaded with diced red and green bell pepper, mushrooms, and green onions, which gives the sandwich more texture and an elevated taste. That being said, there is a significant amount of sodium in this sandwich, even more than the Egg White Delight McMuffin, that comprises over 1/3 of your daily intake of sodium. So if you were planning on grabbing some French fries later in the evening, it might be best to pull into another drive-thru.

The Starbucks reduced-fat turkey bacon sandwich is flavorful and tasty, and the turkey bacon makes what could have been a very unappealing sandwich taste delicious. Out of all the options on this list, this sandwich is the healthiest and tastes that way too. The only issue is that some options, like the Burger King Crossain’Wich, may fill you up for several hours, it’s possible to expect your tummy to growl in the next 2-3 hours after eating this sandwich.

The reason why we love this egg white wrap is because it’s packed with flavors and is incredibly filling for under 300 calories, unlike the reduced-fat turkey bacon sandwich. The only issue is that when eating it, make sure you have a bottle of water right next to you as it is very salty and contains the most salt out of all the options listed above.
